Tide Cleaners Brand Manager

Position Summary

The Brand Manager is responsible for marketing and development of 5-7 campuses within a geographic region. The Brand Manager will have the opportunity to work across multiple platforms to impact market growth and daily success of their campuses. The Brand Manager should have a passion for creating programs, market growth, travel, and building relationships.

This is a salaried full-time position with bonus and access to the full benefits package offered by Tide Cleaners, a Procter & Gamble Company

Your Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Hyper local Snapchat, Instagram, and Facebook marketing ownership. Manages Slack updates to Campus Ambassador teams.

Campus Orientation Ownership

Plans and coordinates events and tabling for all assigned campuses.

Back to School Events

Plans and coordinates events and tabling for all back to school events and marketing.

Ongoing Event Ownership

Plans and coordinates TLS hosted on-campus events to help integrate to campus and improve the student experience.

Campus Ambassador Management

Manages Campus Ambassadors for assigned campuses. Will manage approximately 5-7 campuses and approximately 15 Campus Ambassadors, and help with recruiting Campus Attendants.

Growing Markets

Ownership of coordinating new truck spots, building Greek business, building the Faculty dry cleaning business, and gifting VIP kits to appropriate stakeholders.


Ownership of training Campus Ambassadors and Ambassador Teams for all assigned campuses.

Special Projects

Owns the development and maintenance of relationships with academic departments focusing on sharing and validating the value that the service offers.

Campus Care

Builds and maintains the relationships with the faculty, staff, administrators, and students on each assigned campus.

Ownership Mentality

Provides recommendations and processes to make the entire business and team more effective.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 1-2 years of Marketing/Direct Sales experience required.
  • Demonstrates strong relationship building and management skills.
  • Must be organized, self-driven, and demonstrate strong follow up skills.
  • Comfortable working on computer, email and Slack.
  • Desire to impact our brand's growth in an iterative environment.
  • Ability to lead teams from ideation to execution.

  • >40%

Lifting Requirements

  • Likely required to lift up to 30 lb boxes.
